Lex Orandi, Lex Credendi
As the Church has always prayed, so we pray still.
Deus Vult was founded for the faithful who longed for the Mass of their grandparents: ad orientem worship, Gregorian chant, and the plain teaching of the Baltimore Catechism. We are not a nostalgia society. We are a parish family keeping vigil with the Church of every age.

1219 Rosary Lane, Chicago — arrive early; the church fills before the bells.
“We do not preserve the old Mass because it is old. We offer it because it is true, and truth does not go out of fashion. Come and see what your great-grandparents knew on their knees.”
— Fr. Anselm Kowalski, Pastor
